The views from our Double Room Lake View were amazing, with the serene Lake Lucerne and majestic snow-capped mountains greeting us each morning. Waking up to such beauty. Plus, the indoor pool provided a perfect spot to unwind after exploring nearby sights.

The dining reservations were poorly managed. we felt disregarded when changes were needed. Additionally, the slow breakfast service and inconsistencies in housekeeping detracted from what should have been a premium experience.

The stay was amazing! The corner suite offered amazing lake views, and we felt like royalty when we dined on the lovely terrace soaking in the scenery!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, it was acceptable.

We had a deluxe room facing the lake, which was huge and gorgeous. The views of Lake Lucerne and the snow-capped Alps were breathtaking. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary water. The pool area was a nice touch for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location was perfect, just a short walk to attractions.
