The staff at the reception desk is attentive. The location is stunning, with quick access to nearby lunch spots, the Central Station & Ferry Port, and the center of Luzern. Plus, there's an Amorino nearby for a nice cup of coffee.

The rooms were all air conditioned and stocked with balconies and amazing views. The staff were respectful and attentive, giving us great tips. The breakfast was lovely and excellent, and we were able to check in early.
